Using us for the first time.

• Register on our website to enable Coys Parking to meet you on your first departure from Alicante airport.
• On your departure date, we will meet you in our compound in El Altet (5 minutes from the airport) to sign the contract and get your spare key.
• We will then take you to departures in our shuttle bus.

Once Registered.

• On return you will need to advise us of your return date via our website to ensure your car is waiting for you.
• The car will have an external car wash.
• On arrival - When you have your luggage and are ready to leave arrivals please call (0034) 647887118. We will then collect you from the bus stop situated on level -2 (minus 2) which is clearly signposted, make your way to bays 1-3. We will collect you in a our shuttle bus with Coys Rent a Car and Coys Parking clearly displayed and take you to our compound in El Altet (less than 5 minutes away) to pick up your car.
• On your return - Drive the car to our compound in El Altet where we will be waiting for you to take you to departures in the courtesy bus.
• Both on arrival and departure we will take photos of the kilometres and bodywork of the car.
