Are there any hidden costs?

The price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden costs.

What is the minimum/maximum age for hire?

There are no age restrictions, the only stipulation is that you have held a full driving licence for 3 years or more. There is no upper age limit.

Can more than one person drive the car?

You can have up to 4 drivers at no extra cost to you – these details should be given by email prior to your arrival.

Do I have breakdown cover?

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you should call our 24 hour mobile number.

Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?

No – The vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain.

Do you have a 24 hour emergency number?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

There will be somebody to meet you as all flight arrivals are monitored.

Can I waiver the excess?

Yes, at a cost of 3.00€ per day (groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G, & H) or 4.00€ per day (groups I, II, III, J & K).

If I arrive in the middle of the night, is that a problem?

No, however if your flight is scheduled to land after midnight, we will ask you to pay in advance.

How Can I Pay?

Upon arrival by Visa or Mastercard. Payment will be required in advance if your hire is due to commence within 2 weeks of your booking date.

What information do you need to book?

Along with Group type and duration we will need your flight times and numbers for your arrival and departure.

What do you need from me when I arrive?

You will be asked for your driving licence, passport, home address and Spanish address. By providing this information in advance will save you time on arrival as we can just check the details.

We can only guarantee the Group of car but not the exact make and model.

Can I choose the fuel type of the vehicle ?

No, unfortunately we can not confirm the fuel type however if you request petrol or diesel we will do our best to meet your needs.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email.

Can I extend my booking once I have picked the vehicle up?

Depending on availability, please notify our office as soon possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I hire a GPS Satellite Navigation System?

Yes, you can reserve our GPS navigation system for only 5€ per day.

Do you charge for cancellations ?

You can cancel free of charge, we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
