Are there any hidden costs?

The price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden costs.

What is the minimum/maximum age for hire?

There are no age restrictions, the only stipulation is that you have held a full driving licence for 3 years or more.

Can more than one person drive the car?

There is no limit to extra drivers and at no extra cost to you - these details should be given at the time of hire.

Do I have breakdown cover?

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you should call our 24 hour mobile number.

Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?

No - The vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain.

Do you have a 24 hour emergency number?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

There will be somebody to meet you as all flight arrivals are monitored.

Can I waiver the excess?

Yes, at a cost of 3.00€ per day ( groups A - H) or 4.00€ per day (groups I-K).

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?

As we do not require any payment in advance your booking can be cancelled without any charge. The only exclusion to this is the 7 seater where we require a 100.00 euros non refundable deposit.

If I arrive in the middle of the night, is that a problem?

No.

Can I collect the car at Murcia airport and return it to Alicante airport?

Yes, all combinations are available at no extra cost. Alicante, Murcia or Torrevieja.

How Can I Pay?

Upon arrival by Visa or Mastercard.

What information do you need to book?

Along with Group type and duration we will need your flight times and numbers for your arrival and departure.

What do you need from me when I arrive?

You will be asked for your driving licence, passport, home address and Spanish address. By providing this information in advance will save you time on arrival.

How long will I expect to wait for my car at the airport?

Within 10 minutes we aim to have you on your way.

Can I Hire an Automatic car?

Yes.

What do I need to carry with me when I drive?

A copy of the hire contract, your driving licence and passport.

Is there a maximum age limit ?

No.

Can I choose the model of the vehicle ?

We can only guarantee the Group of car but not the exact make and model.

Can I hire a vehicle long term ?

Yes, email us for details.

Can I choose the fuel type of the vehicle ?

No, unfortunately we can not confirm the fuel type however if you request petrol or diesel we will do our best to meet your needs.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email.

Can I extend my booking once I have picked the vehicle up?

Depending on availability, please notify our office as soon as you know you will need to extend and we will do our best to help.

Can I hire a GPS Satellite Navigation System?

Yes, you can reserve our GPS navigation system for only 5€ per day. A deposit of 100€ will be withheld from your credit card until the return of the device in the same condition as when you collected it.
