Are there any hidden costs?

No

What is the minimum/maximum age for hire? There is no age restrictions, the only stipulation is that you have held a full driving licence for 3 years or more.
Why is there no parcel shelf in the vehicle? For security reasons we are advised to take them out, we have had cars broken into to find out what is in the boot.
Can more than one person drive the car? There is no limit to extra drivers and at no extra cost to you - these details should be given at the time of hire.
Do I have breakdown cover? We have a 24hr mobile number which should be called in the event of a breakdown.
Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain? No - Vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain.
Do you have a 24hr emergency number? Yes.
What happens if my flight is delayed? There will be somebody to meet you as all flight arrivals are monitored.
What happens if I have to cancel my booking? As we do not require any payment in advance your booking can be cancelled without any charge.
I arrive at 2am is that a problem? No. We have a 24hr service available - ask for details.
Can I collect the car at Murcia and return it to Alicante? Yes, all combinations are available at no extra cost.
How can I pay? Upon arrival by Visa/ Mastercard.
What information do you need to book? Along with car type and duration we will need your flight times and numbers for your arrival and departure.
What do you need from me when I arrive? You will be asked for your driving licence, passport, home address and Spanish address.
How long will I expect to wait for my car at the airport? Within 5 - 10 minutes we aim to have completed your contract and paid your parking ticket ready for exit.
Can I Hire an Automatic car? Yes.
What do I need to carry with me when I drive? A copy of the hire contract, your driving licence and passport.
