| Are there any hidden costs? |

| What is the minimum/maximum age for hire? |
There is no age restrictions, the only
stipulation is that you have held a full driving licence for
3 years or more. |
| Why is there no parcel shelf in the vehicle? |
For security reasons we are advised to
take them out, we have had cars broken into to find out what
is in the boot. |
| Can more than one person drive the car? |
There is no limit to extra drivers and at no extra cost
to you - these details should be given at the time of hire. |
| Do I have breakdown cover? |
We have a 24hr mobile number which should be called in the
event of a breakdown. |
| Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain? |
No - Vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain. |
| Do you have a 24hr emergency number? |
Yes. |
| What happens if my flight is delayed? |
There will be somebody to meet you as all flight arrivals
are monitored. |
| What happens if I have to cancel my booking? |
As we do not require any payment in advance your booking
can be cancelled without any charge. |
| I arrive at 2am is that a problem? |
No. We have a 24hr service available - ask for details. |
| Can I collect the car at Murcia and return it to Alicante? |
Yes, all combinations are available at no extra cost. |
| How can I pay? |
Upon arrival by Visa/ Mastercard. |
| What information do you need to book? |
Along with car type and duration we will
need your flight times and numbers for your arrival and departure. |
| What do you need from me when I arrive? |
You will be asked for your driving licence, passport, home
address and Spanish address. |
| How long will I expect to wait for my car at the airport? |
Within 5 - 10 minutes we aim to have completed
your contract and paid your parking ticket ready for exit. |
| Can I Hire an Automatic car? |
Yes. |
| What do I need to carry with me when I
drive? |
A copy of the hire contract, your driving licence and passport. |
